Update - April 2010

As you may have read in recent news, on April 21st, 2010 AMTEC Consulting plc in the UK was acquired by Keane, a globally recognised IT services firm. The transition to Keane will be seamless and the AMTEC team will continue to deliver our high quality services in the usual way.

I believe Keane to be the ideal partner for AMTEC. The acquisition provides an opportunity to expand and enhance existing capabilities and services utilising Keane's world-class delivery model and robust offerings.
